Refund conditions and processes
We do our best to ensure that orders arrive in the best possible time and conditions.
Henna Treasures LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
However, if the usual delivery times are extended due to a carrier setback or if the package is lost/stolen, we will initiate a refund procedure with them and then refund you the shipping costs.
BUT BE AWARE, IF THE LOSS/THEFT/DELAY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTAL SERVICES, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT MAKE A RESHIPMENT.
No returns or exchanges are possible for cones, henna pouches, packs) as henna paste (fresh) is a perishable product. We have provided you with all the advice to follow in the product descriptions... please make sure to read and follow them carefully.
